Positive: We stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The hotel is so charming, and our room had a large balcony with a breathtaking lake view – truly worth every penny. The outdoor pool is fantastic, and breakfast was very good. The restaurant serves tasty food, with equally stunning views to enjoy while dining. The reception staff were superb – so welcoming and helpful. Service at the restaurant can be a little slow in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Positive: 10/10 amazing, wonderful location at the lake, perfect views, excellent wellness areas which are very clean. The property is beautiful, terrass is awesome with a perfect view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Totally worth it!

Positive: The views from the hotel are beautiful. It was a nice quiet location and a very busy hotel. Breakfast was also good and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative: The rooms we had were outdated, the shower was so small and the toilet was right next to it. The room had a strange smell but they were not able to change my room. The carpet had stains and the rooms really need renovating. They are modernising some rooms and highly recommend you book these. The food is expensive and average for the price.
Summary: Lake Lucerne and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location of the hotel is great.
